About Jay Dodd

Jay Dodd of Kaius Landscaping and Construction

Kaius Landscaping & Construction is locally owned and operated by Jay Dodd, a 6th generation Burnet County native. Jay grew up playing local sports and participating in local organizations like the FFA. Here he developed the work ethic, practical skills, and community values that continue to guide him today.

Additionally, Jay is no stranger to entrepreneurship. His family has owned and operated businesses throughout this area for generations. Thriving local businesses including local hotels and cafés. Jay is a devoted family man whose children and grandchildren, 7th and 8th generations, also call the area home.

He is recognized for supporting the people and organizations that make the Hill Country special. For Jay, every project is an opportunity to serve his neighbors and strengthen the community his family has called home for generations.
